We are partnering with member churches to start healthy, reproducing churches. GOBA church planting staff provides Assessment, Coaching, Training, and Support for new churches and their sponsors. New chuches are encouraged to build multiplication into their DNA from the start. GOBA encourages churches to work together to fulfill the vision of giving every person in Central Florida the opportunity to become a disciple of Jesus Christ. Churches that reproduce themselves in new ways that connect with un-reached people are needed to fulfill the vision.


Church Development

Church Development offers to network, equip, assist, and resource GOBA leaders and churches in: Church Music, Discipleship, Pastoral Ministries, Student Ministry, Senior Adult Ministry, Sunday School, Disaster Relief, Chaplaincy, and Leadership Development, so that they may become healthly, growing individuals and churches.

Church and Community Ministries

CCM exists to support the local church in its commitment of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed. We will be able to: *Network - you with church and community resources. *Equip - your church leaders to work effectively toward reaching out to your community. *Assist - your church with the implementation of ministries. *Resource - church members to use their spiritual gifts to serve God in the community around them.

Areas of ministry included: hunger, homelessness, literacy, health care, job skills, migrant ministries, substance abuse, welfare to work and disabilities ministries.

We are a conduit to help churches begin ministries in their church neighborhoods. We can help with assessments and spiritual gifts analysis. Please call Lynn Lytham at 407-293-0450.
